An Austin native, Silvia holds a bachelor's degree from UT Austin and is a certified meeting professional with certificates in meeting management, meeting design, and sustainable events. She has 20+ years of experience in the corporate, pharmaceutical, and luxury markets. Silvia leads ALHI's events, drives event content, and she and her team are an integral part in building the ALHI brand through unique event experiences.

Meeting and Event Planner

Maria joined ALHI in February 2022. She has a solid history in planning and managing event strategies, including the creation and implementation of International Programs and Services. Her deep knowledge of world cultures and global upbringing gives her a unique perspective and a special ability to relate with clients. Maria holds an International Hospitality & Tourism Management Degree from Glion Hotel School in Switzerland and is a Multilingual CMP

Emilio joined ALHI in June of 2022. Emilio comes from over 10+ years in the Hospitality industry starting in Las Vegas under operations, moving into sales and catering management for Marriott and later, sales management for Hyatt. He later spent 4+ years in sales and events management for small intimate to large corporate events and weddings. He has a passion for food, traveling and the outdoors where he enjoys spontaneous trips and kayaking adventures with his Australian cattle dog.
