Offering a Moroccan-inspired décor, the hotel's 493 guest rooms and suites feature sweeping views of the lake and desert mountains. Each room offers deluxe bedding, twice-daily maid service, 24-hour room service, a 37" plasma TV, dry-cleaning, and executive desks with high-speed wireless Internet. The 46 suites offer luxury and spaciousness for small business meetings or intimate gatherings. Additionally, the property features three two- and three-bedroom Casbahs with private entrances.

Since there are no real standard industry guidelines for greening an event in Las Vegas, Nevada hotels, some companies have begun developing their own measures for reducing their environmental impact – from travel, lodging rooms, meeting rooms, food and beverage, and conference materials.
